     This site outlines the issue of police misconduct and gives recommendations for what you can do. It also has a comprehensive list of cities in which police misconduct is a large issue and discusses the actions that are being taken there.
     This is a really helpful site because it is dedicated to end abusive practices and to respect international human rights laws. Human Rights Watch tries to prevent discrimination and to uphold political freedom. Also to bring offenders to justice.-DME
